The dropdown loads the list from Airtable and when submitting the form an automation is called to add a record on the Form base. You can add any automation you want.
1. Click the first button to see our Airtable. If you want you can add a new name but then please refresh this page to see it on the dropdown
2. Submit the form
3. Check again Airtable. A new record is added!
